Eunice van Zyl
Eunice specialises in all aspects of financial services law and regulation, including banking law, insider trading, money laundering, market abuse and anti-corruption law, insurance law and consumer protection law.
Eunice holds a B Com (Law) degree (cum laude) and LLB degree (cum laude).
She is an attorney of the High Court of South Africa practicing at Van der Westhuysen Attorneys. Previously, she was a member of Webber Wentzel’s Financial Services Unit and has acted as external counsel to the JSE and the IRBA (Independent Regulatory Board for Auditors).
Eunice is co-author of the loose-leaf volume Guide to the National Credit Act, published by LexisNexis in August 2008. She is also co-author of Commentary on the Consumer Protection Act published by Juta Publishing.
She also has twins. Nothing is a problem. Ever.
