Dalene comes from a compliance background, with experience gained as a quality assessor and risk administrator in the financial services industry. She is qualified as a paralegal and is an analytical thinker with a client-centric approach to providing solutions to technical challenges.
She has patience – a lot of it. And she is an Excel wizard.
